This coin is perfectly preserved for condition, showing the obverse legend starting as normal, with second half obliterated by the first strike of the coin at 90 degrees counterclockwise, showing the VIC CONSTA part again. The reverse also shows the 90 degree double-strike, but clockwise.

Note: The pattern on the shield is quite unusual and I've not encountered anything similar on late Roman gold. In hand, the design looks like an eye or a radiant sun with four planets or stars around in the fields. Compare the shield design on this specimen to the usual design on the other example I've included below. Officina B in Rome appears to have deviated from the standard design for this issue as I was able to locate another example, but with yet another different design.
